Isolde\u2019s boots crunched over frost as she moved, her thermal suit\u2014a sleek, gunmetal-gray exoskeleton lined with crimson circuitry\u2014keeping the void\u2019s bite at bay. Isolde backpedaled, her mind racing. The black box wasn\u2019t just data\u2014it was evidence. And the too-clean man had sent her to die with it.<\/p>\n
