The echoes of soldiers\u2019 boots reverberated down the alley. Zalaya stood, pulling Dardan to his feet with a surprising strength. The city guards arrived, spears raised, but she held her hands up, her voice ringing out with clarity. \u201cI have captured the one responsible for the theft!\u201d she declared, presenting Dardan. \u201cTake him to the palace. I will prove my father\u2019s innocence before the King himself!\u201d<\/p>\n

The guards hesitated but complied, dragging Dardan away. Left alone in the alley, Zalaya exhaled slowly. Dust clung to her tunic, mingling with sweat and blood, but her resolve was unshaken. As the stars pierced the night sky above Babylon, she knew her fight was far from over. Yet for the first time, she saw a glimmer of hope.<\/p>\n
