Instead, we move it over to flying.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-block sl-post-text sl-paragraph sl-element \" id=\"element-186142\">\n<p>I am currently stuck at LaGuardia airport &#8212; assuming my flight isn&#8217;t further delayed by nasty weather in Chicago, I will end up spending the better part of a workday here.<\/p>\n<p>Long waits at airports have been in the news lately, whether it&#8217;s for security or a delayed flight. My last major delay was during the <i>last <\/i>shutdown, when traffic-controller staffing shortages pushed my schedule back three hours.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-block sl-post-text sl-paragraph sl-element sl-significant-element\" id=\"element-186145\">\n<p>I assume many of you travel, and many of you experience flight delays. I am keeping my time occupied by working &#8212; what do you do to kill time when your flight gets pushed back?<\/p>\n<p>Drink? Get food or coffee? Try to nap?
