New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson<\/a> is available for Wednesday’s Game 1 of the NBA Finals, the team announced.<\/p>\n

Robinson was listed as questionable for the series opener against the San Antonio Spurs with a fractured fifth metacarpal on his right hand. He reportedly underwent surgery after the Eastern Conference finals for a broken pinkie finger. However, he fully participated in practice Tuesday, according to Charania.<\/p>\n

The Knicks declined to divulge how Robinson sustained the fracture but said that it didn’t occur during a game or practice. The center reportedly plans to wear a brace in Game 1.<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old is registering 5.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game during the postseason, which is culminating in New York’s first trip to the Finals since 1999.<\/p>\n

Robinson was the only Knicks player whose status for Wednesday remained uncertain. The Spurs are expected to have their entire rotation available.<\/p>\n
