Letter writer Jeffrey Anderson seems to want a reason why Alberta shouldn\u2019t separate from Canada. Typically you ask for a reason TO do something, rather than a reason NOT to do something. Maybe Jeffrey needs a reason not to stub his toe in the morning, or else he might just do it to \u2018own the libs.\u2019 But, if he insists on a good reason why Alberta should not separate, I would say it\u2019s good to avoid wasting over $400 billion in setup costs and scaring investors.
