Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs signed 51 pieces of legislation on Monday, the last of the bills that the state legislature sent to her before it ended the annual legislative session on June 13.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During a series of long days during their last week in session, the legislature sent Hobbs more than 200 pieces of legislation. On Friday, Hobbs <\/span>signed 72 of those bills and vetoed 88 of them<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The 51 remaining pieces of legislation that the Democratic governor signed on Monday were passed with bipartisan support, while the 88 that she previously vetoed were backed by only Republicans.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
