Rupert Lowe <\/a>has offered his former colleague Nigel Farage<\/a> an alliance to unite the right.<\/p>\n

The leader of Restore Britain,<\/a> a far-right splinter group which formed after Lowe was kicked out of Reform UK, suggested it was time for the two rivals to \u201cput our differences aside\u201d in a public address.<\/a><\/p>\n

It comes after the right-wing vote was split in the Greater Manchester mayoral contest, leading to Labour candidate Bev Craig\u2019s victory.<\/a><\/p>\n

Reform\u2019s Sian Astley finished second with 111,928 votes while Restore\u2019s Marlon West finished fourth with 46,289 votes in the first round.<\/p>\n

In a video statement on X, Lowe said this result \u201cshowed what Restore Britain can deliver\u201d, and suggested they work together to defeat the left-wing.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cNigel, my message is simple. If you are prepared to work together around serious policies, serious reform, and serious government, then so are we.<\/p>\n

\u201cMillions of British people deserve a patriotic government to put our national interest before any personal differences that you and I may have\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cNow is the time to put our differences aside and cooperate for the good of the country that we all love.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, he said any deal relied on several key conditions Reform must agree to.<\/p>\n

That included a call for mass deportations to\u00a0\u201creverse\u201d mass immigration, restoring the\u00a0\u201cdemographic security\u201d for so-called native Brits and tackling the rise of Islamism by banning the burka.<\/p>\n

He also called for a referendum on the death penalty and urged Reform to restore a\u00a0\u201cself-sufficient Britain\u201d by cutting welfare.<\/p>\n

His olive branch comes after Reform started to slump in the polls against Labour, amid growing scrutiny over Farage\u2019s finances and Andy Burnham\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0takeover of the government.<\/p>\n

The Reform UK leader is currently fighting a by-election in Clacton which he triggered last month.<\/p>\n

He decided to start a\u00a0\u201cpeople versus the establishment\u201d contest following a sleaze probe into a \u00a35 million donation which he failed to register with parliament.<\/p>\n

Farage later issued a lengthy statement on X which appeared to respond to Lowe on Sunday.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cOnly one party truly has the possibility of delivering change.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo deliver that change, I understand Reform UK will need the support of people from other parties, as well as millions who have never voted before.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat is the broad coalition I am building.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added that Reform \u201cwill always be open to anyone who shares our commitment to restoring Britain\u2019s borders, rebuilding our economy, renewing our democracy and putting the British people first.\u201d<\/p>\n

He promised to \u201cput country before party but insisted\u00a0\u201cI will never turn my back on my team\u201d.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cThere will always be a home in Reform UK for those who believe that 14 years of Conservative government, followed by the last 2 years of Labour, have failed the British people… and that our country now needs a fundamentally different direction.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will continue to do whatever is necessary to defeat the left and provide Britain with the strong, serious leadership it deserves.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the last chance for our country, and we cannot afford to waste it.\u201d<\/p>\n
