There is cyclists that they interviewed, and they feel that it is not required especially since there is not that many bicycle riders. At least the residents on 50th Street had the sneaky bicycle lanes delayed from council when they got caught trying to go ahead with the project. Edmontonians cannot even get the roadways repaved in Edmonton, which are years overdue and even worse are the alleys behind residents\u2019 homes. These bicycle lanes remind me of the restaurants and other stores that are closing in the downtown area. Edmonton council does not listen to Edmontonians and when they speak on these two matters it\u2019s all smoke and mirrors, nothing more.
