(KRON) — A 29-year-old man from Fairfield was arrested on June 18 for multiple child pornography charges, the Solano County Sheriff’s Office said.
The suspect, Martin Perez, was taken into custody after authorities served a search warrant at his home. During the search, investigators seized multiple electronic devices, which allegedly contained evidence of child pornography.
“Following a thorough investigation, detectives identified a suspect believed to be involved in contacting minors to have them exchange explicit photos and videos,” the Solano County Sheriff’s Office said.

Perez was booked into the Solano County Jail on the following charges:
- 311.11(A) PC (Possession of child porn)
- 311.1(A) PC (Distribution of child porn)
- 288.2(A)(2) PC (Harmful matter sent with the intent to seduce a minor)
- 288.3(A) PC (Contacting a minor with the intent of sex)
Perez is being held on a $245,000 bail.
