HOLLAND, Mass. (WWLP) – The Holland Police Department is notifying drivers of downed wires in the area of Vinton Road on the Holland-Sturbridge town line, resulting in lane closures.
Police search Connecticut River near Memorial Bridge
Police said that wires are down with reports of a blown transformer. The inbound southwest lane of Vinton Road is closed on Wednesday afternoon as a result. Utility companies have been notified of the incident, but it is currently unknown when the issue will be resolved.
Drivers in the area are encouraged to seek alternate routes at this time.
