Report: Blazers hire T-Wolves' Nori as head coach

The Portland Trail Blazers are hiring Minnesota Timberwolves assistant Micah Nori as their next head coach, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Nori will replace Tiago Splitter in Portland after the Brazilian left for the Chicago Bulls earlier this month.

Nori will sign a one-year deal with the Trail Blazers that includes team options for each of the next two seasons, according to Jason Quick of The Athletic.

More to come.
