Spurs' Harper exits Game 2 with right leg injury

San Antonio Spurs guard Dylan Harper won’t return to Wednesday’s Game 2 against the Oklahoma City Thunder due to a right leg injury.

Harper appeared to suffer the injury while driving to the basket in the third quarter.

The 6-foot-5 guard had 12 points, three assists, and two boards in 25 minutes of action before exiting.

Harper earned his second straight start with De’Aaron Fox still sidelined with an ankle injury. The Rutgers product rose to the occasion in the West finals opener, tallying 24 points, 11 boards, seven steals, and six assists.

Harper was named to the NBA’s All-Rookie first team earlier Wednesday.
