Ontario Provincial Police say they’ve arrested and charged a third person in the disappearance and death of Robert Prevost east of Ottawa last year.

A drop-in support centre whose clients have been accused of sowing chaos in Ottawa’s Sandy Hill neighbourhood says it will relocate after January, but staff are trying to extend their stay.

Arrests of two individuals in connection with the case were made in Nova Scotia.
