Amy McHale disappeared in June 2016. She was last seen at a house on West Chew Avenue, the home of her now late ex-husband. The house is the target of federal and local investigation.
The officers were riding their ATVs when they crashed into each other, police said.
As of about 9 a.m. Sunday, more than 40,000 homes throughout the Philadelphia region remained without power due to outages caused by Saturday storms.
