It seems City Hall is completely out of touch in more ways than you can count. The latest one in our neighbourhood is the asphalt capping of our roads. These same roads were dug up and paved less than ten years ago and were in perfect shape. A company has been here for three weeks doing this work for absolutely no reason at all. Untold dollars are being spent in what looks to be nothing more than a “make work “project. Obviously no one came to check our roads out before this work was given the green light and I have not seen one city truck in the neighbourhood doing oversight.
