My family has held Elks season tickets since 1972. Unfortunately, due to age and mobility challenges, it has become increasingly difficult for us to walk up and down the stadium stairs to reach our seats, and we have recently stopped attending games. However, my son has continued to hold and use his season tickets. I believe the current owners, management team, coaches, and players have done an excellent job of building a competitive and entertaining product on the field. They deserve credit for the effort they have put into improving the organization and giving fans a team they can be proud to support. I would love to see more fans return to the stadium. There was a time when Edmonton had the best football fans in the CFL, and Commonwealth Stadium was one of the toughest places for visiting teams to play because of the support from the crowd.
