We’ve seen wetter Memorial Day weekends, but this one will certainly start on Sunday.

In contrast, today’s spent with limited sun as the clouds gradually lowering and thickening. That sounds worse than it is, really.
We’ll climb near 70 away from the coast, and the rain holds off until after nightfall. All in all, a pleasant surprise.

Tonight, the rain sweeps in from the west and continues through the day on Sunday. Some bouts will be moderate to heavy at times, with up to an inch (or more) possible by late evening.
This could be our biggest soaking in Boston since mid-March! So, if we have to give up a day this holiday weekend, we might as well let it pour, right? Er, right?

Memorial Day sees the sun return after a few morning sprinkles. This, too, will delight with mild temps.
We’ll see highs climb back to the low 70s as a breeze comes in from the west/northwest.

The warming is just getting started, however. Both Tuesday and Wednesday will climb into the 80s with more sunshine – and a few showers or storms on Wednesday.
Enjoy the holiday weekend and be safe!
