Missed (human) connection at YOW — July 19
Long shot, but I figured I’d try. I met someone at Ottawa airport around 4 a.m. this morning while we were both waiting in the Air Canada check-in assistance line. We both realized we probably didn’t need to be there and ended up separately heading over to security instead, where we ran into each other again. We went down to the gates where we went our separate ways.
He is from Ottawa and flying to Vancouver. He was genuinely kind and made a stressful, very early airport morning a lot nicer. I realized after we went our separate ways that I never got his name. It was small talk but I really liked talking to him. I was in a baby pink sweater and had a galaxy backpack.
