Watchdog talking with minister’s office about changes to Indigenous procurement strategy

Gatineau police have arrested three men and a woman in connection with a shooting incident in the city’s Bellevue district on March 7.

The union says the delays have occurred against a backdrop of previously raised technical and cultural safety concerns.
