Halifax police asking for help finding ammunition lost during foot chase

For John Elliott, a former Southwest Nova RCMP Major Crimes sergeant who worked on the original case, it’s a disappointing outcome.

The 19-year-old from Lawrencetown, N.S. appeared in Kentville provincial court this morning and was released on conditions that include house arrest.
