Local treatments for teeth grinding / clenching? Downtown preferred.

I need help.

I have popped fillings, knocked off a crown, and broken teeth. Have eroded my teeth significantly. Found out today that an otherwise healthy tooth is dead likely due to this, no apparent cavity at play… Can't keep doing this.

I'm looking for local recommendations for registered professionals who can help treat my bruxism. My dentist has set me up with a night guard. Even though I use it every night, my clenching and grinding is continuing to destroy my teeth. Does anyone have any recommendations for registered massage therapists, physios, or others who can help me with this issue? I'm at the end of my rope.

Worsened with stress. I do not have TMJ or anything like that.

Options between New Edinburgh, Lowertown, The Market, Chinatown, and the Glebe preferred.
