Report: Gillespie to sign 4-year, $48M deal with Suns

Impending free-agent guard Collin Gillespie is expected to sign a four-year, $48-million deal to return to the Phoenix Suns, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Gillespie had a breakthrough 2025-26 season for the Suns, averaging 12.7 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 4.6 assists in 80 games.

The 26-year-old also set the franchise record for 3-pointers with 232.

Prior to landing his reported contract, Gillespie had spent three campaigns on two-way deals after going undrafted out of Villanova in 2022.

The Suns (45-37) finished eighth in the Western Conference last season, losing in the first round of the playoffs to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
