The Rivers State Government has commissioned the Elele-Egbeda-Omoku Dual Carriageway, calling the project a step toward improving transportation and connectivity across three local government areas.
Vice President Kashim Shettima, who attended as special guest of honour, joined Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara for the road project’s commissioning.
The new carriageway is expected to improve movement for residents, businesses and communities along the route. Israel Eferobor reports.
